about the Dog Days’ facilities
Our facilities provide lots of fun toys, play equipment, comfy dog beds, fresh water, and only healthy treats. The indoor play areas have special flooring for the dogs to run and play on. The climate-control systems in each facility keep it comfortable as the dogs enjoy their day.
2120 Myrtle Avenue
Dog Days on Myrtle is over 10,000 square feet. The indoor play space is approximately 7500 square feet, with the remaining area being dedicated to overnight boarding suites, the “hound lounge” and offices. This facility offers
2 secure outdoor play areas.
We have multiple indoor play areas, and we assign dogs to play groups based on size, temperament and play style. If you have a very active and playful dog, he will have lots of space to run! If you have a small dog, no worries about him getting stepped on by the big dogs; we have a separate play space for small dogs. Not all dogs are super playful; some of our best client dogs at the Myrtle facility enjoy watching from the sidelines and getting attention from our staff. We have all sizes, breeds, and activity levels here.
Directions: I-94; take Cretin-Vandalia exit; go north on Vandalia; go to 2nd street
and turn right onto Myrtle Ave; Dog Days is the 2nd building on your right, with a
blue fenced area in front of building.
Dog Days sits between Cleveland Ave & Vandalia (on Myrtle Ave).
We are committed to cleanliness.
Our facilities are cleaned daily with a virucidal/disinfectant solution. Toys and bowls
are cleaned with antibacterial cleaner daily. Beds and blankets are always kept clean as well.
