At Dog Days your dogs truly matter to us. We have committed to a large, highly trained staff to assure a low dog to staff ratio. This allows us to pay special attention to your dog’s needs and give extra hugs and belly rubs!
Our Grand location is conveniently located on Grand Avenue, between Macalester College and Grandview Theatre. This location is designed to be more homey and cozy than a typical dog daycare facility.
Where playtime is taken seriously
Our Grand Avenue daycare is truly a one of a kind experience. Nestled in one of Macalester-Groveland’s cozy neighborhoods, this location provides the comfort of a “home like” environment rather than a more traditional daycare facility. A fenced outdoor yard attached to the playroom allows the pups to get out and sniff the breeze and watch the squirrels run up the trees.
At “Grand” we cater to a more low-key crowd but also offer sufficient interaction and play that you would expect from Dog Days. We have mostly small dogs here, although some larger dogs who are shy or older may join us. If your puppy or small dog needs to gain some self-confidence and learn to play with dogs, we will suggest starting him at the Grand daycare. Once he’s bolder and rowdier, he may move to one of our other two daycare locations.
We offer daycare and grooming only at our Grand location. For overnight boarding, your dog is welcome to join us at the Vandalia or the University (Capitol) location.
